Flexible Faith

Leadership requires flexible faith. In his book Beyond Jabez, author Bruce Wilkinson recommends accepting service opportunities that stretch our faith.

Wilkinson urges us to be brave and to not run away because we experience feelings of fear and inadequacy. This is normal. When we inventory our resources in the key areas including time, wisdom, and experience and we feel inadequate. It is because we are. Wilkinson reminds us, "God is your adequacy." Call on him.
